With a completely novel way of production, YSTRAL Conti-TDS Inline Dispersing Machines have started to displace traditional high speed dissolvers for lacquer, paint and printing ink production. Whether you manufacture decorative paints, industrial coatings, coil coatings, automotive lacquers, printing inks or even adhesives, large amounts of powders have to be dispersed into liquids. In most cases, this process requires high effort, it is time consuming and usually dusty. With the YSTRAL Conti-TDS-Technology pigments, fillers, thickeners and other powders can be dispersed fast and dust free into the base liquids.

The results are highest quality dispersions with proven and significant savings in production time and costs, raw materials, energy consumption, labour and floor space. For example, one YSTRAL Conti-TDS can produce 20 to 40 tons of decorative emulsion paint per hour. The production of flexo
printing ink is accelerated extremely using this technology. For the production of colourants and tinting pastes the subsequent bead milling process can typically be eliminated completely or at least it can be reduced significantly.Powders may be inducted directly from big-bags, sacks, hoppers and all types of powder containers. The induction vacuum is created directly in the dispersing zone of the machine. The final lacquers, paints and coatings are produced in a fraction of the time required by conventional mixing and dispersing systems.
